NAME AND SUPREMACY OF THE CONSTITUTION

There shall be an association of medical and dental
practitioners to be called Nigerian Medical
Association hereinafter referred to as the
Association or NMA.
SUPREMACY OF THE CONSTITUTION
This Constitution is supreme and its provisions
shall have binding force on all authorities
