DR. CHRIS A. ENOCH

Dr. Chris Enoch was born 47 years ago. He hails from Ikot Ubo Ubium, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State.
He attended Salvation Army Primary School Abonnema, Rivers State and then the University of Calabar, Cross River State.
Dr. Chris Enoch attended many International and Local Conferences and holds the following Certificates – MB,BCH Degree UNICAL (1990), GCE (1980), FSLC (1972). Certificates of attendance/participation in many courses.
POSITION HELD:
• Senior Prefect – Nyemoni Grammar School, Abonnema, River State.
• Speaker, Student Union Government UNICAL.
• Supervisor for Health Nsit Ubium LGA .
• State Coordinator for HIV/AIDS programme Akwa-Ibom State.
• Public Relations Officer NMA Akwa-Ibom State (1993-1996).
• Secretary NMA Akwa-Ibom State (1998-2002).
• Chairman NMA Akwa-Ibom State (2006-till date).
• Member NMA National Committee on HIV/AIDS.
• Member MDCN Monitoring Committee Akwa-Ibom State (2004-till date).
Dr. Chris Enoch pioneered the building of the 1st NMA State Secretariat Complex and ensured its completion in 2001.
He fought and got the approval for the establishment of the then Federal Medical Centre Uyo now UNIUYO Teaching Hospital.
He fought and got the implementation of the 22% salary increase for Akwa-Ibom Doctors.
