REPRESENTATION ON OTHER BODIES

1. The Council shall have power to elect all the Representatives of the Association on the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria in accordance with such procedures as may be laid down from time to time by the ADM of the Association.

2. Council shall also have power to elect representatives of the Association to any other bodies where the Association is required to be represented in accordance with provisions of the Constitution, but may delegate such responsibility to the State Executive Council.

3. The duration of such representation shall be decided by NEC.
